Exchange Policy

At BLACKLIT, we strive to ensure you receive the perfect fit. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do provide an exchange facility.

Exchange Eligibility

* Exchanges can be requested within *3 days of receiving your order*. * Products must be *unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition* with all tags and packaging intact. * Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange. * Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Charges

The following exchange handling charges apply: * *₹100* – 1 product * *₹120* – 2 products * *₹140* – 3 or more products These charges cover reverse logistics and shipping of the replacement product.

Reverse Pickup

* We offer *reverse pickup* services for most serviceable PIN codes. * If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will be required to courier the product to the address shared by our support team. * Customers are responsible for safely packing the product before handing it over to the courier.

Refund Policy

BLACKLIT follows a *No Refund Policy*. * We do *not* offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. * Refunds will only be considered if required under applicable consumer laws or in exceptional cases approved by BLACKLIT. * If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within *48 hours of delivery* with clear photos and your order details.
